of yoga for all levels. All of our teachers are certified by Bikram
Choudhury himself. We offer Bikram Yoga in its purest form.
Bikram
yoga is a set of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a heated
room about 105 degrees and is designed to work the entire body inside and
out in 90 minutes. Our studios offer wonderful instruction as well as a
warm, compassionate atmosphere.
All
classes are open to everyone. Take advantage of our 1-week unlimited yoga
special for new students.
